#Drugtransporters are now increasingly recognized as important determinants of variable #drugdisposition and response. In addition, #transporter associated problems appear to be occurring with greater frequency during the #drugdiscovery and #development process. Drug transporters are expressed in many tissues such as the #intestine, #liver, #kidney, and #brain play key roles in drug #absorption, #distribution, and #excretion.
